The most expensive Riftbound cards, updated September 26, 2026: Ahri - Nine-Tailed Fox tops the corroborated board at $3,624.82, while Ahri - Inquisitive sold for $6,500 and fails our check upward.

The most expensive Riftbound card two marketplaces agree on is Ahri - Nine-Tailed Fox (Signature) from Origins, at $3,624.82 on TCGplayer as of September 26, 2026, with raw eBay sales of $2,650 (September 15) and $3,150 (September 22) behind it. Riftbound is the League of Legends TCG by Riot Games. Vendetta's Akali, Rogue Assassin (Signature) is second at $3,229.71 and Kai'Sa - Daughter of the Void (Signature) third at $3,120.80. The top three sit within $505 of each other.

The card that actually sells for the most is not on the board. Ahri - Inquisitive (Signature) sold raw for $6,500 on September 16 and $6,750 on September 9, while TCGplayer reads $3,297.87. It fails our cross-venue check for the third edition running, but this time in the other direction: the sales are above the TCGplayer price, not below it.

What is the most expensive Riftbound card?

It depends on which number you trust, and in late September 2026 the answers split cleanly:

The Cardlogs Aggregate price is the blended headline the Cardlogs app shows new accounts by default: each venue's price weighted by how many recent sales stand behind it. On Ahri - Inquisitive it lands between the three venues, which is what a blend should do when they disagree this much.

Ahri - Inquisitive's case for the top spot is its sales: $6,500 and $6,750 in September, and $6,800, $5,000 and $3,500 in August, with a PSA 10 at $7,900 on August 14. Against that, Cardmarket's price of €4,048.68 (about $4,617) has not moved in 17 nights, and TCGplayer's $3,297.87 has not moved since September 13. Three venues spanning $3,300 to $6,750 do not give us one number we would print as its price, so it goes in the excluded table below with every leg shown.

What changed since September 11 (most of it is our method)

According to Cardlogs data, the three biggest Riftbound asks lost roughly half their TCGplayer price between the last edition and this one. That was our change, not the market's. On September 13, 2026 we tightened how Cardlogs derives a TCGplayer price. A price built from recent TCGplayer sales now needs at least three sales inside 20 days, with no single sale carrying more than 40% of the weight; any card that misses that bar keeps TCGplayer's own market price. Most Riftbound Signatures sell a copy every week or two, so most of them fell back to TCGplayer's figure that night:

The Vendetta Signatures followed a night later: Akali went from $4,150 to $3,229.71 on September 14 and Zed from $1,599.99 to $1,352.67. None of these are sales. Read any 30-day TCGplayer change on a Riftbound Signature that spans mid-September as mostly method.

The change flipped the board's shape. On September 11, TCGplayer was the highest of the three venues on the top Signatures, which is why the $6,400–$6,900 asks failed our check. Today it is usually the lowest: on 9 of the 12 paper cards above $1,000 that carry all three prices, TCGplayer now reads below both Cardmarket and eBay. For those cards the ranked price below is a conservative figure.

How we screen these prices

Every card in the ranked table clears the Cardlogs cross-venue corroboration screen: a second marketplace, either Cardmarket converted at the day's ECB reference rate or the eBay sold median, has to land within 30% of the TCGplayer market price, in either direction. One marketplace is one order book, and on cards this scarce a single relisting or one stale sale can move the headline by hundreds of dollars.

Two extra checks run on every ranked row this edition. A Cardmarket price that has printed the same figure for 10 or more nights while the cheapest Cardmarket listing sits at less than half of it is treated as stale and cannot corroborate. And an eBay median only counts if the sales behind it are the right printing, which removed one card (Lee Sin, below).

The 12 most expensive corroborated Riftbound cards (September 26, 2026)

Ranked by TCGplayer market price, corroborated cards only, from the Cardlogs nightly snapshot of September 26, 2026. Metal promos are handled separately below because none of them has a second venue.

What stands behind the top three, card by card:

• Ahri - Nine-Tailed Fox ranks on eBay alone. Its Cardmarket price has printed €3,138.38 for 11 nights while the cheapest listing asks €1,349.90, so we treat it as stale. The eBay leg is live: undamaged copies sold for $2,650 on September 15 and $3,150 on September 22. The $2,650 median also counts a copy sold as damaged at $2,000 on September 19.
• Akali ranks on Cardmarket at 1.01x, but both of her legs are quiet: TCGplayer has read $3,229.71 for 13 nights and Cardmarket €2,869.21 for 11. She still has no raw eBay sale in our data eight weeks after Vendetta's release.
• Kai'Sa clears on both second venues (Cardmarket 1.09x, eBay 1.01x), but her eBay figure rests on one sale, $3,150 on August 27, a month old.

Further down, Baron Nashor and Teemo, Scout have the most recent evidence on the board: four Baron raw sales from $1,608.64 to $2,200 between September 19 and 24, and six Teemo sales from $1,100 to $1,400 between September 16 and 22. Irelia clears at 1.27x on an eBay median built from early-August sales, and her two September sales ($2,150 and $2,301) point higher still. Jinx clears on one sale, $1,525 on September 14.

Just below the cut: Ahri - Inquisitive (Overnumbered), the unsigned version of the game's top seller, at $701 with four September sales between $625 and $1,000, then Viktor - Herald of the Arcane (Signature) at $686.30 and Sett - The Boss (Signature) at $659.67.

Which top Riftbound prices are not corroborated?

Twelve paper cards priced at $699 or more would have ranked on TCGplayer price alone and did not clear the screen. The direction column matters more than the ratio: most of them fail because the other venues are higher.

Two of these would pass the arithmetic and are withdrawn anyway, which is the part of this edition we most want readers to see:

• Lee Sin - Blind Monk (Signature) clears at 0.98x on both venues, but neither leg holds up. Its eBay median mixes in sales of the unsigned overnumbered Lee Sin ($149.99 on September 11, $130 and $125 on August 17), a different card worth about a tenth as much. Its Cardmarket price has printed €1,162.58 on every one of the last 33 nights.
• Volibear - Relentless Storm (Signature) has one clean eBay sale in the last month, $793 on August 27, plus a copy sold on September 20 at $430 with a bent corner. Its Cardmarket price has not moved in 13 nights.

Two August calls resolved. Virtuoso (UNL-226*), August's loudest number at $1,345 and +310% in 30 days, now reads $603.80 on TCGplayer against €591.82 (~$675) on Cardmarket: the ask came down to where Europe had been all along, and it now clears our screen. Yasuo - Unforgiven, which we reported down 75% to $399.99 on September 11, is back at $887.54 after a $1,375 sale on September 7. We said "watch, don't rank" in August, and it has swung both ways since.

Why do metal Riftbound cards ask more than everything else?

Because they are the scarcest tier in the game, and because nothing outside TCGplayer prices them, they never enter the ranking. As of September 26, 2026, 46 of the 80 highest Riftbound asks are metal prints, and none of them carries a Cardmarket price or an eBay sold median in our data. They hold 65% of the asking value of that top 80, up from 56% on September 11. The metal tier did not rise; the paper Signatures around it were repriced by the September 13 method change.

The few metal prints that moved this month moved on a single relisting: Lux, Lady of Luminosity (Metal) (Prize Wall) dropped from $2,850 to $2,200 on September 25, while LeBlanc rose $300 on September 24. Most of the tier has printed the same number for a month.

Metal promos are handed out at events rather than pulled from packs, and Cardmarket's European singles catalog does not list them, so there is no second product page to price and no matched eBay listing in our feed. On these cards there is one order book, and the number you see is the number one seller chose.

Why are Signature cards so valuable?

Signature (Signed Showcase) cards are Riftbound's scarcest booster pull, appearing at roughly 1 in 720 packs, about one per 30 booster boxes. Each is a full-art showcase print carrying the artist's printed signature, one per champion per set. Hard scarcity plus character-driven demand puts them at the top of nearly every price chart: 10 of the 12 ranked cards above are Signatures.

Demand then sorts by champion. Ahri, Kai'Sa and Jinx carry League of Legends' biggest fanbases, and the two Ahri Signatures sold raw for $6,500 and $3,150 in September. Equally rare Signatures of less-collected champions trade far lower: Darius - Hand of Noxus reads $545.66 and Sett - The Boss $659.67, about a tenth of what Ahri - Inquisitive sells for, at the same pull rate.

What makes Baron Nashor UNL-238 special?

Baron Nashor UNL-238 is the "Ultimate" chase of Unleashed, a one-per-set showcase rarity pulled at roughly 1 in 42 boxes, and the fourth-highest corroborated card in the game at $1,828.46 on TCGplayer as of September 26, 2026. It is also the most-traded card near the top of the board. Four raw copies sold between September 19 and 24 for $1,608.64 to $2,200, and three PSA 10 copies sold on September 24 for $3,200, $3,650 and $3,850.

Unleashed (May 8, 2026) introduced the Ultimate rarity tier, and Baron, League's neutral objective rather than a playable champion, became its poster card. Its Cardmarket price had printed €2,169.04 for weeks before moving to €2,495.28 on September 26, so its eBay sales are the better guide to what it trades at today.

How hot is the Riftbound market right now?

It has cooled. According to Cardlogs market data, the Cardlogs Market Cap Index for Riftbound rose 2.0% on Cardmarket and 2.6% on eBay sold prices in the 30 days to September 26, 2026, and fell 4.2% on TCGplayer. The Cardlogs Market Cap Index is a chain-linked index that measures same-card price movement across the tracked Riftbound catalog, so new cards entering the market never distort the trend.

One month ago the same measure read +12.8% on Cardmarket. That European rally has stopped: the last 7 days read −1.2% Cardmarket, +0.3% eBay and −0.3% TCGplayer. For scale, the TCGplayer legs of the other games over the same 30 days read +0.6% for One Piece, +0.3% for Dragon Ball and +1.2% for Pokemon, so Riftbound's TCGplayer leg is the only one of the four that fell.

Two notes on those numbers. The September 13 method change is neutralised in the index, so the one-night Signature repricing above is not counted as a market move. The Vendetta Signatures that repriced a night later sit inside September 14's −0.8% TCGplayer reading, so a small part of the −4.2% is still method. And Cardmarket's daily readings were jumpy this month: its data dump did not refresh on September 23, and the next night caught up two days at once (−4.8%), which is why we only quote Cardmarket over windows that span both nights.

Are Riftbound cards a good investment right now?

The honest read is that the market has gone flat after a strong summer, and prices at the top are harder to pin down than they look.

Four data points. First, 65% of the asking value in the top 80 sits on metal promos that only one marketplace lists, and most of that tier has not printed a new number in a month. Second, the paper Signatures now trade in a band where the three venues often disagree by 1.5x to 2x; on 9 of 12 of the most expensive, TCGplayer is the cheapest place to read a price, which cuts both ways for a buyer. Third, graded copies keep selling at a steady premium where sales are fresh: Teemo, Scout PSA 10s at $4,400 to $4,750 on September 25, Irelia PSA 10 at $3,500 on September 24. Fourth, sealed supply keeps coming. Vendetta's booster box reads $160.53 on TCGplayer, down 11% from $181.23 on September 11, against a Cardlogs Box EV of $107.19. The next set, Radiance, is dated October 23, 2026. Its box preorder reads $243.47 on TCGplayer against €129.95 (~$148) on Cardmarket, a 1.64x gap, the widest of any Riftbound box. Vendetta's own pre-release history is the cautionary case: Swain, Visionary, a $2,000 pre-launch ask we refused to rank, reads $69.98 today.

Where this data comes from

Cardlogs aggregates prices nightly from TCGplayer, Cardmarket and eBay sold listings (via PriceCharting and Collectr sold comps) across the tracked Riftbound catalog: 1,471 cards counted on TCGplayer, 1,392 on Cardmarket and 914 on eBay in the September 26, 2026 market-cap computation, plus PSA and BGS population data. The Cardlogs Market Cap Index is chain-linked so that newly added cards never inflate the movement numbers.

Ranked cards clear the cross-venue corroboration screen described above: Cardmarket prices are converted to USD at the ECB reference rate (€0.87696 per $1, as of September 25, 2026) and compared against the TCGplayer market price alongside the eBay sold median, and a card ranks only if one of them lands within 30% in either direction. Each ranked row is also checked against its own nightly price series and against the individual sales behind its eBay median, which is what caught the stale Cardmarket prices and the Lee Sin sales above.

This edition drops the PSA 10 premium column the earlier editions carried. A premium over TCGplayer would overstate on cards where TCGplayer now reads below both other venues, so we quote graded sales against raw sales instead.
