One Piece TCG Market Watch — November 2026: All Three Indexes Fell, OP-17 Singles Lost 30%, and Four of Last Month's Top Five Dropped Out

One Piece TCG market data for October 2026: all three Cardlogs indexes fell, OP-17 singles lost 30%, and four of last month's top five cards stopped ranking.

The One Piece TCG market fell on all three sources in October 2026. According to Cardlogs market data, the One Piece TCG Market Cap Index fell 2.3% on TCGplayer, 1.3% on Cardmarket and 4.5% on eBay sold prices from September 30 to October 31. It is the first month since this series started in July that all three went down together. Cards with a live TCGplayer price fell a median 3.6%.

This is the fifth edition of the Cardlogs One Piece Market Watch, and it has to start with last month's table. Four of the five cards we ranked as the most expensive in October no longer pass our own rule, and the #1, the OP-17 Rocks.D.Xebec, sold raw on eBay for $4,050 to $4,800 within a week of publication. We also called September "flat on every basis." That was wrong in a way the new numbers make plain, and it is explained below.

The five most expensive One Piece TCG cards with a live TCGplayer price backed by a recent raw eBay sale, November 2026
The most expensive One Piece cards with a live TCGplayer price and a recent raw eBay sale within 30% of it. November 2, 2026. Data: Cardlogs.

How did the One Piece TCG market perform in October 2026?

Down on every source, and down on most nights. All figures as of October 31, 2026:

Source Market cap Cards counted 30-day index 7-day index Index level
TCGplayer (USD) $646,331 6,888 −2.3% −0.6% 126.05
Cardmarket (EUR) €941,883 12,225 −1.3% −0.2% 125.66
eBay sold (USD) $778,797 9,612 −4.5% −1.2% 103.78

Index base 100 on May 28, 2026. The Cardlogs Market Cap Index is chain-linked: each day's change is computed only on cards priced on both days, so new cards entering the catalog expand the cap without counting as price growth. That is why the eBay cap rose $17,182 while its index fell: 710 more cards gained an eBay price during the month.

No single night did the damage. TCGplayer fell on 21 of the 30 nights we recorded and its biggest one-night move was −0.28%, on October 12. Cardmarket fell on 21 nights. eBay sold prices fell on 24, the third straight month that sold prices have led the market down.

According to Cardlogs market data, the One Piece eBay sold index closed October at 103.78, 13.9% below its August 4 peak of 120.56 and only 3.8% above its May 28 starting point. TCGplayer sits 4.9% under its August 13 peak and Cardmarket 3.0% under its August 21 peak.

One change on our side sits inside the month. On October 27 Cardlogs started pricing One Piece cards under $5 from TCGplayer's own daily market price, instead of a companion app's copy of it that had been converted to euros and read 11 to 15% low. We corrected those cards' price history at the same time, and the index pairs each card only within one price series, so the switch books no move. It did thin two nights: October 27 counted 1,818 card pairs instead of the usual ~6,650, and on October 28 our live TCGplayer read failed partway and counted 4,702. Together those two nights moved the TCGplayer index −0.15%.

Is the typical One Piece card still falling?

Yes, and it was falling in September too. Across 1,757 One Piece cards with a live TCGplayer price on both September 30 and October 31, 2026, the median card lost 3.62% and 32.4% rose. The September column uses the same method on the same kind of card:

Price band (Sep 30) Cards Median, October Share up Median, September
All with a live price 1,757 −3.62% 32.4% −3.03%
≥ $20 997 −3.89% 29.8% −4.13%
≥ $100 382 −0.98% 30.4% −0.01%
≥ $500 138 0.00% 38.4% 0.00%
≥ $1,000 67 0.00% 32.8% 0.00%

The cheap end moved less. Cards under $5 fell a median 0.68% on their old feed between September 30 and October 26 (1,135 cards), and their median was unchanged in the first week on TCGplayer's own price.

The top of the market is still frozen. On the 30-day TCGplayer delta our earlier editions used, 58.8% of One Piece cards above $1,000 printed exactly 0.00% in the 30 days to November 2, against 62.1% a month earlier. Of the 33 cards above $1,700 with a live TCGplayer series, 18 printed the same price on every night from September 30 to November 2.

What did we get wrong last month?

Four things. Two of them change how to read the October edition's headline numbers.

September was not flat. We wrote that the typical card was flat "on every basis." Split by how Cardlogs prices the card, it was two opposite moves. The 1,690 cards with a live TCGplayer price fell a median 3.03% from August 31 to September 30, while 1,019 cheap prints priced from the companion-app feed rose a median 2.73%. Mixing them produced the flat median. The tables above now keep the two apart.

Our #1 stopped selling at its price. We ranked the Rocks.D.Xebec Super Alternate Art (OP17-118) first at $6,040.01, matched by a $6,000 raw eBay sale on September 20. Four raw copies then sold on eBay, for $4,500 on October 2, $4,500 on October 6, $4,800 on October 7 and $4,050 on October 8, and none has sold raw in our data since. Its TCGplayer price moved once, to $6,100 on October 1. PSA 10 copies sold for $6,800 to $10,100 through October.

The "cleanest correction" reversed. We called the Monkey.D.Luffy (English Version 1st Anniversary Set) drop to $643.74 the cleanest correction on the board. On October 13 its TCGplayer price returned to $1,242.22, and raw copies sold on eBay for $898 to $1,149.99 between October 11 and 25. The $643.74 reading was the outlier.

Fewer cards traded at the top, but not as few as we said. We counted 29 One Piece cards above $1,000 with a raw eBay sale in September, down from 45 in August. PriceCharting records some sales late. On the same 129 cards and the same title rule, the count now reads 49 for August and 38 for September, and October stands at 40 so far.

Which One Piece cards are the most expensive right now?

Ranked on the same rule as last month, as of November 2, 2026: a card ranks only if its TCGplayer price printed in our nightly series that night and its newest raw eBay sale in the last 60 days sits within 30% of that price. This month we also read each sale's title for the printing, because several top cards share a number with other prints.

# Card Set TCGplayer Newest raw eBay sale Cardmarket TCGplayer price changes in October
1 Monkey.D.Luffy (OP05-119) (Manga) The Best $5,000 $4,750 (Oct 14) €8,770.54 0
2 Tony Tony.Chopper (EB01-006) Alt Art Manga Memorial Collection $2,999.99 $2,700 (Oct 29) €3,268.64 1
3 Trafalgar Law (ST10-010) Regional Top 16 prize Special Tournament Promos $2,500 $2,200 (Oct 26) €1,695.29 1
4 Roronoa Zoro (OP06-118) Alt Art Manga Wings of the Captain $2,500 $2,550 (Oct 15) €2,665.47 1
5 Sanji (OP06-119) (Manga) The Best Vol.2 $2,284.36 $1,950 (Nov 1) €1,688.67 0

The corroborated top is now $5,000, down from $6,040.01 a month ago. The manga Luffy from The Best printed $5,000 on every night of October and its one raw October sale agrees. Cardmarket's €8,770.54, about $9,837, sits close to what PSA 10 copies sold for in October ($8,203 to $10,000). The Trafalgar Law prize card's TCGplayer price doubled on October 30, from $1,251.96 to $2,500, four days after a $2,200 raw sale.

Last month's top five, re-checked:

October rank Card Sep 30 Nov 2 This month
1 Rocks.D.Xebec (OP17-118) SAA $6,040.01 $6,100 Out: raw sales $4,050 to $4,800, Oct 2 to 8
2 Monkey.D.Luffy (119) (SP) $5,749.97 $5,749.97 Out: no raw sale naming the Silver SP since Aug 28
3 Monkey.D.Luffy (SP), OP05-060 $4,999.99 $4,999.99 Out: no raw eBay sale in 60 days
4 Tony Tony.Chopper (EB01-006) Alt Art Manga $3,250 $2,999.99 Still ranks, now #2
5 Boa Hancock (051) Parallel Manga $2,150.33 $2,177.13 Out: raw sales $863 and $1,125, Oct 20 and 21

The #2 Luffy SP printed $5,749.97 on all 33 nights. Of its raw-titled eBay sales since September, one names the Gold SP, which is a separate card, one describes a secret rare alternate art without naming the SP, and one is listed as a regrade.

These cards list higher and fail the rule, shown with every leg:

Card TCGplayer Changes in October Cardmarket Newest raw eBay sale Why it does not rank
Roronoa Zoro (Serial Numbered) $35,101.04 no series €60,000 none no live TCGplayer price
Monkey.D.Luffy (119) SP Gold $13,000 0 €8,769.39 none in 60 days only graded sales (BGS 9.5 at $11,100, Oct 19)
Portgas.D.Ace (Serial Numbered) $9,950 0 €5,651.46 none in 60 days no raw sale
Monkey.D.Luffy (Red Bull Double Don!!) Winner $8,898.99 0 — none in 60 days no raw sale
Monkey.D.Luffy (118) Red Super Alt Art $7,500 0 (series began Oct 6) €22,916.52 $12,000 (Oct 21) sale 60% above the TCGplayer price
Boa Hancock (CS 26-27 Regionals Season 1) $3,999.95 2 €3,158.11 $2,800 (Oct 12) exactly 30% under, and October's PSA 10s sold $2,763 to $3,550
Roronoa Zoro (Manga), The Best $2,350 1 — $1,750 (Sep 19) that sale's title describes the non-manga alternate art

The Red Super Alternate Art Luffy is the mirror image of the Xebec. Its TCGplayer series came back on October 6 at $7,500 after months without a print, far under both the €22,917 Cardmarket price and its $12,000 raw sale. We cannot attach a current US number to it in either direction.

Which One Piece cards gained and lost the most in October?

Movers above $500, measured on our own nightly TCGplayer prices from September 30 to October 31, 2026, and kept only where recent raw eBay sales agree with the new price:

Card Sep 30 Oct 31 Change Recent raw eBay sales
Trafalgar Law (ST10-010) Regional Top 16 prize $1,251.96 $2,500 +99.7% $2,200 (Oct 26)
Monkey.D.Luffy (1st Anniversary Set) $643.74 $1,242.22 +93.0% $1,149.99 (Oct 21), $1,100 (Oct 22), $1,000 (Oct 25)
King (SP) $740.42 $1,000 +35.1% $1,125 (Sep 5)
Carrot (SP) $733.21 $949.99 +29.6% $699.99 (Oct 12)
Nico Robin (055) (SP) $1,472.79 $1,125 −23.6% $920 (Oct 18), $1,225 (Oct 19)
Monkey.D.Luffy (ST31-004) SP $738.63 $536.69 −27.3% $505 (Oct 26), $510 (Nov 2)
Monkey.D.Luffy (OP17-079) Manga $1,650 $1,199 −27.3% $1,051 (Oct 24), $1,000 (Oct 31)
Nami (SP), OP08-106 $869.50 $619.99 −28.7% $500.61 (Oct 24)
Kaido (OP17-062) Manga $1,081.63 $730.98 −32.4% $725 (Oct 29), $700 (Oct 31)
Monkey.D.Luffy (Red Bull Double Don!!) promo $644.84 $239.71 −62.8% $200 (Oct 22)

Three of the five biggest corroborated fallers are OP-17 cards, released August 28. The Red Bull promo lost more than half its price, and its October sale at $200 sits under even the new reading.

One group rose: the gold-leader SP parallels of Anime 25th Collection (EB02). Of 23 with a live TCGplayer price, 17 rose and 3 fell, at a median +11.4%, and their combined price went from $31,771 to $35,328. The Tony Tony.Chopper (SP) moved from $5,132.29 to $6,835.94 on October 21. eBay barely confirms the move. The Chopper SP has no raw eBay sale in our data in 60 days, and the Carrot SP's latest, $699.99, sits 26% under its TCGplayer price. The EB02 booster box itself fell 8.4%, to $751.53 on November 2.

Where did OP-17 prices land two months after release?

The US box bounced and Europe kept falling. As of November 2, 2026, 66 days after the August 28 street date:

Product TCGplayer Cardmarket TCGplayer vs Sep 30 Cardmarket vs Sep 30
OP-17 booster box $295.81 €220.18 (~$246.95) +2.0% −13.7%
OP-17 case (12 boxes) $3,643.81 ($303.65 / box) €2,724.01 (€227.00 / box) −5.2% −9.7%
OP-16 booster box $206.80 €170.47 −7.6% −2.4%

The US box held its September 30 low of $289.88, climbed to $320.26 on October 24, and gave four-fifths of that back by November 2. According to Cardlogs market data, on November 2, 2026 the OP-17 booster box cost 19.8% more on TCGplayer than on Cardmarket, a month after the two markets priced it within one cent of each other. All conversions use the ECB rate of November 2 ($1 = €0.89158).

The singles did not bounce. According to Cardlogs market data, OP-17 singles worth $20 or more on September 30, 2026 lost a median 30.2% by October 31, with 30 of 33 falling. In September the same group lost 17.9%. The Xebec is the exception on TCGplayer only, and its sales say otherwise. The full set breakdown is in the OP-17 card list and price guide.

We are still not publishing an OP-17 Box EV. Cardlogs Box EV is the expected value of opening one sealed box at current singles prices, recomputed nightly per source. The TCGplayer-side figure reads $519.38, 176% of the box price, and fell only 6.4% in a month when the set's $20+ singles fell a median 30.2%. A number that ignores the market it is built from is not one we will print.

Two newer sets: EB05 reached stores on October 30, and its US box fell from $396.51 on September 30 to $264.14 on November 2 (−33.4%), while Cardmarket barely moved (€224.30 to €220.26). The US premium of 56% on September 30 is now 7%. OP-18 streets on November 20. Its presale box is $342.27 on TCGplayer and €233.17 on Cardmarket, both down exactly 10.0% since September 30, which leaves the US box 30.9% above Europe.

What is happening with One Piece sealed prices?

Europe cut the most expensive sealed products again, and hard. US prices on the same products barely printed. As of November 2, 2026:

Sealed product TCGplayer Cardmarket TCGplayer vs Sep 30 Cardmarket vs Sep 30
1st Anniversary Set (English Version) $5,262.09 €2,233.49 +3.0% −33.1%
Romance Dawn (Pre-Errata) box $4,298.93 €3,463.31 −8.1% −3.1%
English Version 2nd Anniversary Set $1,600.87 €855.35 +0.9% −35.0%
Romance Dawn (white-bottom) box $1,332.47 €936.34 −8.7% −16.7%
Awakening of the New Era (OP05) box $994.64 €703.05 −6.3% −7.3%
The Best (PRB01) box $896.35 €453.00 −0.4% −32.3%

The 2nd Anniversary Set's TCGplayer price changed once all month, on October 3. The 1st Anniversary Set's changed four times and ended up 3.0%. Cardmarket's moves on the same two sets came in steps across the month. According to Cardlogs market data, on November 2, 2026 the One Piece Premium Booster The Best box cost $896.35 on TCGplayer and €453 on Cardmarket, about $508: the US price is 76% higher. That gap was 19% on September 30, at that day's rate.

Cardlogs Box EV for the sets whose two legs agree, as of November 2, 2026:

Set Box (TCGplayer) Cardlogs Box EV EV / box Sep 30
The Time of Battle (OP16) $206.80 $229.52 111% 111%
Adventure on KAMI's Island (OP15) $250.14 $249.00 99.5% 95%
A Fist of Divine Speed (OP11) $541.19 $525.04 97% 91%
Anime 25th Collection (EB02) $751.53 $581.82 77% 64%
The Azure Sea's Seven (OP14) $257.41 $192.40 75% 69%

OP-16 is still the only set where opening a box returns more than it costs at today's prices, by 11%, and the box and its EV fell together in October (−7.6% and −7.3%). Carrying on His Will (OP13) left the table: its Cardmarket-side EV now reads 55% above the TCGplayer side in dollars, too far apart to print either. The EB02 row rose because its SP parallels did, while the box fell.

Did October's three watch calls come true?

What should One Piece collectors watch in November 2026?

Whether OP-18's US premium survives street date. The presale box costs 30.9% more in the US than in Europe. EB05 carried a 56% premium on September 30 and sat at 7% three days after street date. OP-18 arrives November 20.

Whether the Anime 25th SP rise finds buyers on eBay. Seventeen of 23 SPs rose on TCGplayer in October. If raw eBay sales start printing near those prices, the move is real. If they keep printing 25% under, the listings will follow the sales, as they did for the Xebec.

Whether the eBay index breaks its May base. Sold prices have fallen for three straight months and the index sits 3.8% above where it started on May 28.

Where this data comes from

Cardlogs aggregates One Piece TCG prices nightly from TCGplayer, Cardmarket and eBay sold listings (via PriceCharting): 6,888 cards priced on TCGplayer, 12,225 on Cardmarket and 9,612 on eBay sold data as of October 31, 2026, plus PSA and BGS graded prices and population data. Euro conversions use the ECB reference rate of November 2, 2026 ($1 = €0.89158).

The ranked table uses the rule introduced last month: a card ranks only if its TCGplayer price printed in our nightly series on November 2 and its newest raw eBay sale since September 3 is within 30% of that price. Raw means a listing whose title names no grading company and that our sale classifier did not grade, and this month every sale behind a ranked card was also read for the printing. Movers and breadth are measured on our own nightly TCGplayer prices for September 30 and October 31, on cards with a live TCGplayer price on both dates. Cards under $5 are reported separately because their price source changed on October 27. The 30-day TCGplayer delta is kept for the frozen-top comparison with earlier editions.

The Cardlogs Market Cap Index counts only cards priced on each source, so per-source caps are not comparable as absolute totals. It is chain-linked: each day's change is computed only on cards priced on both days, so a new set expands the cap but never registers as growth. October has 30 index readings, not 31: the October 14 nightly did not run, so October 15 is linked to October 13. The TCGplayer cap counts 90 fewer cards than on September 30 because on October 28 we removed the TCGplayer price from 223 One Piece rows that had no TCGplayer link of their own.

Every card and set in this article is tracked live, with prices, deltas, graded comps and populations, free at cardlogs.com/optcg/home and in the Cardlogs iOS and Android apps.
