Riftbound Graded Cards: PSA Populations, Gem Rates & Premiums (August 2026)
Live PSA and BGS population data for Riftbound: 19,395 PSA slabs, an 87.2% PSA 10 rate, +33.7% population growth in 30 days, and what grading is actually worth.
Riftbound — the League of Legends TCG by Riot Games — has 19,395 cards in PSA holders and 5,429 in BGS holders, across the 132 cards Cardlogs tracks population for. According to Cardlogs population data, 87.2% of every graded Riftbound card comes back a PSA 10, and the population grew 33.7% in the 30 days to August 3, 2026. This is the first published population report for the game.
How many Riftbound cards have been graded?
25,529 in total across PSA, BGS and CGC, as of August 3, 2026. The split:
| Grader | Cards graded | Top grade | Share at top grade |
|---|---|---|---|
| PSA | 19,395 | 16,919 PSA 10 | 87.2% |
| BGS | 5,429 | 1,444 BGS 10 (+168 Black Label) | 26.6% |
| CGC | 705 | 595 CGC 10 | 84.4% |
PSA holds 76% of the graded Riftbound market. That concentration is normal for a young game — PSA is the default for modern TCG singles, and BGS earns its share on the high end, where a Black Label is worth chasing.
The top of the graded market is entirely Signature cards and Unleashed's Baron Nashor. As of August 4, 2026 the five most valuable Riftbound PSA 10s are Ahri - Inquisitive (Signature) at $10,773.65, Kai'Sa - Daughter of the Void (Signature) at $10,658.12, Ahri - Nine-Tailed Fox (Signature) at $10,448.35, Baron Nashor (UNL-238) at $6,600 and Miss Fortune - Bounty Hunter (Signature) at $6,395.46.
The number to keep in perspective is the total. Riftbound's entire graded population is smaller than that of many individual vintage Pokemon cards:
| Game | Cards with population data | PSA population |
|---|---|---|
| Vintage Pokemon | 22,256 | 19,660,668 |
| One Piece Card Game | 3,773 | 1,777,070 |
| Dragon Ball Fusion World / Super | 1,761 | 155,533 |
| Riftbound | 158 | 23,400 |
Riftbound's PSA population is 1.3% of One Piece's and 0.12% of vintage Pokemon's. (These four figures count every row in our feed, before the de-duplication described in the methodology below — that is why Riftbound reads 23,400 here and 19,395 in the tables above. Use the deduplicated number for Riftbound-internal comparisons and this one for cross-game scale.)
What is the PSA 10 gem rate for Riftbound cards?
87.2%, and it varies by set in a way that tracks print quality rather than scarcity. Cardlogs computes the gem rate as PSA 10s divided by that card's total PSA population — the share of submissions that came back perfect.
| Set | Released | Cards with pop data | PSA population | PSA 10 rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Spiritforged: Promos | Feb 13, 2026 | 4 | 63 | 93.7% |
| Spiritforged | Feb 13, 2026 | 39 | 4,809 | 90.8% |
| Unleashed | May 8, 2026 | 23 | 618 | 89.8% |
| Origins | Oct 31, 2025 | 34 | 5,797 | 87.5% |
| Origins: Promos | Oct 31, 2025 | 29 | 8,104 | 84.7% |
The pattern runs opposite to age: the newest sets grade best. Origins promos — the launch-window prize-pack and event cards — are the worst-grading group in the game at 84.7%, and they are also the most-submitted. That is a handling story, not a printing one. Prize-pack cards are given out loose at events, sleeved late if at all, and by the time they reach a grader they have already been through a tournament bag.
An 87.2% gem rate is high in absolute terms — a Riftbound card sent to PSA comes back a 10 about seven times out of eight. Two things inflate it: modern printing is simply better, and the submissions so far skew to freshly pulled, never-played cards that collectors chose to grade precisely because they looked clean.
Which Riftbound cards have the highest PSA populations?
Ahri, Alluring, an Origins promo, at 1,069 PSA submissions — and it has the worst gem rate on the board at 60%.
| # | Card | Set | PSA pop | PSA 10 | Gem rate | BGS pop | Black Label |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ahri, Alluring | Origins: Promos | 1,069 | 644 | 60% | 161 | 1 |
| 2 | Teemo, Scout (V.2 - Showcase) | Origins: Promos | 976 | 771 | 79% | 349 | 12 |
| 3 | Viktor, Leader (V.2 - Showcase) | Origins: Promos | 600 | 587 | 98% | 191 | 6 |
| 4 | Heimerdinger, Inventor (V.1 - Showcase) | Origins: Promos | 595 | 583 | 98% | 196 | 6 |
| 5 | Warwick, Hunter | Origins: Promos | 595 | 579 | 97% | 188 | 5 |
| 6 | Caitlyn, Patrolling | Origins: Promos | 592 | 576 | 97% | 207 | 3 |
| 7 | Jinx, Rebel (V.2 - Showcase) | Origins: Promos | 591 | 572 | 97% | 236 | 8 |
| 8 | Vi, Destructive | Origins: Promos | 584 | 570 | 98% | 225 | 8 |
| 9 | Ahri - Nine-Tailed Fox (Overnumbered) | Origins | 528 | 466 | 88% | 137 | 2 |
| 10 | Teemo, Swift Scout (V.2 - Showcase) | Origins: Promos | 471 | 334 | 71% | 122 | 2 |
| 11 | Ahri - Inquisitive (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | 442 | 412 | 93% | 149 | 10 |
| 12 | Ahri - Inquisitive (Signature) | Spiritforged | 403 | 375 | 93% | 297 | 23 |
Three cards break the pattern hard: Ahri, Alluring at 60%, Teemo Swift Scout at 71% and Teemo, Scout at 79%. All three are Origins-era promos, and all three sit in the top ten by submission volume. The rest of the top twelve grade at 88-98%.
That gap is worth money. A card with a 60% gem rate means 40% of submissions come back a 9 or lower — the difference between a $927 PSA 10 Ahri, Alluring and a slab worth a fraction of it. Set-wide gem rates are averages; these three are where the average comes from.
How fast is the Riftbound graded population growing?
+33.7% in 30 days. Measuring this correctly matters: a naive sum of daily populations moves whenever the number of cards sampled that night changes, which produces fake declines. Every growth figure below is computed on a fixed cohort — only cards with a reading on both endpoint dates.
| Window | Cards in cohort | PSA population | Change | New slabs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days (Jul 27 → Aug 3, 2026) | 121 | 16,941 → 18,977 | +12.0% | +2,036 |
| 20 days (Jul 14 → Aug 3, 2026) | 89 | 10,373 → 13,008 | +25.4% | +2,635 |
| 30 days (Jul 4 → Aug 3, 2026) | 81 | 8,468 → 11,318 | +33.7% | +2,850 |
According to Cardlogs population data, roughly 2,000 new Riftbound cards entered PSA holders in the single week to August 3, 2026 — on a base of under 19,000. The PSA 10 count grew slightly faster than the total (+34.7% vs +33.7% over 30 days), so the gem rate is holding as volume scales rather than degrading.
This is the number that matters most for anyone buying graded Riftbound. Populations this small, growing this fast, are not scarcity — they are a queue. A card with 50 PSA 10s today plausibly has 150 by the winter, and the price of a "pop 50" card usually reflects the 50, not the 150.
One clean marker of how young this is: Vendetta released globally on July 31, 2026 and has 209 cards in our feed, none of which has a single recorded PSA or BGS population. The first Vendetta slabs should surface in September.
Is it worth grading a Riftbound card?
Median 3.00x the raw price on the cards where the premium can be attributed cleanly — 17 of the 132 cards we hold population for. The screen behind that number is explained in the next section; it is strict on purpose.
| Card | Set | Raw (TCGplayer) | PSA 10 | Multiple | PSA 10 pop |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ezreal - Prodigal Explorer (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $90.00 | $455.00 | 5.06x | 102 |
| Renata Glasc - Chem-Baroness (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $49.99 | $241.76 | 4.84x | 62 |
| Teemo - Strategist (Signature) | Spiritforged | $889.00 | $4,083.33 | 4.59x | 201 |
| Sivir - Battle Mistress (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $66.83 | $280.00 | 4.19x | 54 |
| Dazzling Aurora | Origins | $45.00 | $166.00 | 3.69x | 32 |
| Lucian - Purifier (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $54.99 | $202.50 | 3.68x | 63 |
| Jax - Grandmaster At Arms (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $60.48 | $213.50 | 3.53x | 73 |
| Rek'sai - Void Burrower (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $75.00 | $256.51 | 3.42x | 58 |
| Karma - Channeler (Signature) | Spiritforged | $450.00 | $1,350.20 | 3.00x | 151 |
| Irelia - Blade Dancer (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $148.29 | $437.03 | 2.95x | 109 |
| Azir - Emperor of the Sands (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $112.75 | $326.00 | 2.89x | 81 |
| Vayne - Hunter (Signature) | Spiritforged | $1,898.67 | $4,558.58 | 2.40x | 275 |
| Time Warp | Origins | $41.42 | $95.00 | 2.29x | 35 |
| Ornn - Fire Below the Mountain (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $70.62 | $130.50 | 1.85x | 67 |
| Kai'Sa - Survivor (Alternate Art) | Origins | $66.40 | $110.00 | 1.66x | 213 |
| Draven - Glorious Executioner (Overnumbered) | Spiritforged | $85.00 | $140.07 | 1.65x | 94 |
| Baited Hook | Origins | $37.00 | $49.98 | 1.35x | 15 |
That is the complete list — all 17 cards, not a top slice. Median 3.00x, mean 3.12x, range 1.35x to 5.06x. None trades below its raw price.
The finding that surprised me is that scarcity does not drive the premium. Sorting the same 17 cards by how many PSA 10s exist:
| PSA 10 population | Cards | Median multiple |
|---|---|---|
| Under 50 | 3 | 2.29x |
| 50-149 | 10 | 3.48x |
| 150-399 | 4 | 2.70x |
The lowest multiples belong to the scarcest slabs. That reads backwards until you look at what a pop-under-50 Riftbound card actually is: not a card too hard to gem, but a card too cheap or too obscure for anyone to bother submitting. Low population here signals low demand, not high scarcity — a distinction that matters if you are buying a "pop 12" slab expecting the pop number to do the work.
The practical read: at roughly $20-30 all-in per card for grading and shipping, a 3x median only clears its cost on cards already worth about $50 raw. Below that, an 87% chance of a 10 is not the question — the fee is.
Why we won't quote a premium for most Riftbound cards
115 of the 132 cards in this report are excluded from the premium table. Here is exactly why, because the largest bucket is a data problem worth publishing rather than a judgement call:
| Reason excluded | Cards |
|---|---|
| Sibling-print price ambiguity (see below) | 52 |
| No PSA 10 price on record | 47 |
| Raw price under $20 (grading fee dominates) | 10 |
| Fewer than 10 PSA 10s in existence | 4 |
| Raw price fails the cross-venue screen | 2 |
| Included in the premium table | 17 |
The first bucket is the interesting one. Riftbound prints the same card several ways: a base common, an alternate art, an Overnumbered version, a Signature version, and in Unleashed an "Ultimate" variant distinguished from its base printing by nothing but an asterisk on the card number. Graders do not always separate these in their population reports, and neither does every marketplace.
Across the whole report, 98 of our 132 graded entities have at least one sibling printing whose raw price differs by more than 1.5x — and often by far more:
| Card | Printings | Raw price range | Spread |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scorn of the Moon (UNL-234*) | 3 | $0.11 – $1,999.99 | 18,182x |
| Gloomist (UNL-232*) | 3 | $0.07 – $650.00 | 9,286x |
| Piltover Enforcer (UNL-229*) | 2 | $0.10 – $795.00 | 7,950x |
| Voidreaver (UNL-236*) | 3 | $0.07 – $540.00 | 7,714x |
| Deceiver (UNL-235*) | 3 | $0.14 – $999.99 | 7,143x |
Separately, 20 population records in our feed are each attached to two different Riftbound printings — one graded population covering two cards that trade at different prices.
A concrete case: Bandle Tree shows a $41.54 raw price against a $1,000 PSA 10 — a 24x multiple, which would have been the headline number of this article. It is not real. The TCGplayer sales feed for that product includes an oversized "Jumbo" promo alongside the standard card, so the raw price and the slab are not the same object. We dropped it.
Publishing the exclusion is more useful than publishing the 24x. Any Riftbound graded premium you see quoted without this screen — including ones we could have quoted — is at risk of comparing a slab of one printing to the raw price of another.
Where this data comes from
Cardlogs aggregates prices nightly from TCGplayer, Cardmarket and eBay sold listings (via PriceCharting) across 1,311 tracked Riftbound cards, plus PSA and BGS population data from GemRate and graded market prices covering PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC and TAG.
Population coverage is deliberately partial: we pull population data for cards above a $30 market price, which is 161 of the 1,311 Riftbound cards in our feed. 158 of those 161 carry a population record — so this report covers essentially the whole eligible corpus, not a sample of it, but it does not cover bulk commons, which are graded rarely and priced in cents.
Three screens run before any number above is published:
- De-duplication. Rows sharing one graded population record are counted once. 158 rows collapse to 132 unique English graded entities; the non-English row (one Chinese promo) is excluded. Every population total in this article is the deduplicated figure except the cross-game table, which is labelled.
- Fixed-cohort growth. Population change is measured only across cards with readings on both endpoint dates, so a night that sampled fewer cards cannot masquerade as a population decline.
- Cross-venue corroboration. A raw price is only quoted when Cardmarket (converted at the day's ECB rate, $1 = €0.86693) or the eBay sold median lands within 30% of the TCGplayer price. This is the same screen we apply in the monthly Riftbound market watch and our most-expensive Riftbound list.
Population figures are as of August 3, 2026; prices as of August 4, 2026. Graded prices come from a single source and cannot be cross-checked the way raw prices can — treat a graded price with a small population behind it as an estimate, not a quote.
What to watch next
Three things will move this report over the next two months. Vendetta's first slabs, due around September, will be the first population data on a set graded from day one rather than retroactively. Origins promos crossing 1,500 submissions will test whether the 60-84% gem rates hold as volume grows. And Radiance, scheduled for October 23, 2026, will start the cycle over.
Two related reads if you are deciding what to submit: our Riftbound booster box EV analysis covers what a sealed box actually returns, and the Origins first-print guide explains why wave 1 and wave 2 boxes are indistinguishable to every price feed — a provenance problem that is the sealed-market cousin of the printing-variant problem above.
If you are grading Riftbound today, the boring conclusion is the right one: the gem rate is high enough that grading is not much of a gamble, the populations are small enough that they will not stay small, and the fee is the binding constraint on anything under $50.

Frequently asked questions
How many Riftbound cards have been graded by PSA?
According to Cardlogs population data, PSA has graded 19,395 Riftbound cards across the 132 cards we track population for, as of August 3, 2026. That is roughly 1.3% of the One Piece Card Game's PSA population and 0.1% of vintage Pokemon's — Riftbound is nine months old, so its graded market is still forming.
What is the PSA 10 rate for Riftbound cards?
87.2% of all graded Riftbound cards come back PSA 10, as of August 3, 2026. That is a very high gem rate, driven by modern print quality and by the fact that almost everything submitted so far is a freshly pulled chase card. Spiritforged grades best at 90.8%; Origins promos worst at 84.7%.
Is it worth grading a Riftbound card?
On the cards where we can attribute a premium cleanly, a PSA 10 sells for a median of 3.00x the raw card, ranging from 1.35x to 5.06x as of August 4, 2026. With grading and shipping running $20-30 per card, that math only works on cards already worth roughly $50 or more raw.
How rare is a BGS Black Label Riftbound card?
Very. Only 168 Riftbound cards have ever received a BGS 10 Black Label — 3.1% of the 5,429 Riftbound cards BGS has graded, as of August 3, 2026. Ahri - Inquisitive (Signature) holds 23 of them, the largest Black Label population of any Riftbound card.
Do Riftbound Vendetta cards have population data yet?
No. Vendetta released globally on July 31, 2026 and no Vendetta card has a recorded PSA or BGS population as of August 3, 2026. Grading turnaround alone runs weeks, so the first Vendetta slabs should appear in population reports around September 2026.
