The One Piece TCG market rose on every source Cardlogs tracks in the 30 days to July 31, 2026 — +3.8% on TCGplayer, +8.4% on Cardmarket and +10.4% on eBay sold prices — but every one of those reads is slower than last month's, and the 7-day figures sit at just +0.5% to +1.3%. The rally is intact; the pace is not.

This is the second edition of the Cardlogs One Piece Market Watch, and the first to apply our cross-venue corroboration screen to the top-cards table: a card takes a ranked slot only when a second marketplace prints within 30% of its TCGplayer price. How did the One Piece TCG market perform in July 2026?

It kept climbing, but lost speed everywhere. According to Cardlogs market data, the One Piece TCG Market Cap Index rose 3.8% on TCGplayer, 8.4% on Cardmarket and 10.4% on eBay sold prices in the 30 days to July 31, 2026. A month ago those same 30-day reads were +6.0%, +9.4% and +11.6% — every source decelerated, and the 7-day figures (+0.6%, +1.3%, +0.5%) confirm the move flattened heading into August.

All figures as of July 31, 2026; index base 100 on May 28, 2026. The Cardlogs Market Cap Index is chain-linked — each day's change is computed only on cards priced on both days, so new releases expand the cap but never count as price growth.

The ordering still matters: eBay sold prices outran TCGplayer listings for a second straight month (+10.4% vs +3.8%), so actual transactions kept repricing faster than sellers updated listings. But the 7-day eBay read collapsed from +5.0% in late July to +0.5% now — the demand-led leg of this move has mostly played out.

Which One Piece cards are the most expensive right now?

New this month: the ranked table is corroboration-screened. A card holds a slot only when Cardmarket (converted at the day's ECB rate, $1 = €0.87) or the eBay sold median lands within 30% of its TCGplayer price. All prices as of August 1, 2026:

Note what the screen does to the headline: the serial Zoro "worth $35,101" that led our July table is a real listing, but Cardmarket prices the same card at nearly double and no eBay sale has ever printed — there is no defensible single number for it. The most expensive One Piece card with a confirmed price is the OP13-118 Manga Luffy at $19,999, and it is confirmed three ways.

July's movers, screened. The biggest corroborated climbers on TCGplayer, as of August 1, 2026: the serial Portgas.D.Ace (OP07-119) +211% in 30 days to $9,950 — validated by a $9,950 eBay sale; Monkey.D.Luffy (CS 2023 Event Pack) +129% to $2,000 ($2,000 eBay sold); the Dodgers x ONE PIECE Luffy +90% to $2,600; the OP04 Boa Hancock (SP) +90% to $1,800; and Foxy (SP) +86% to $785, matched exactly by its eBay sold price. On Cardmarket, Nami (2025 New Year Event Winner) ran +184% in 30 days to €3,530 and the Monkey.D.Luffy (OP05-060) SP +107% to €4,306. The month's hardest fall: Sanji (Treasure Cup 2025) −72% to $2,500 — and its latest eBay sale printed exactly $2,500, so the markdown is the market, not a relisting.

Where is TCGplayer trailing the actual sales?

The corroboration screen fails in both directions, and the reverse failures are the interesting ones: cards whose TCGplayer price sits far below what buyers are actually paying. As of August 1, 2026:

When both Cardmarket and eBay sales print at 1.5x–2.5x the TCGplayer figure, the TCGplayer number is a stale floor, not a market price — thin US supply hasn't relisted since the last sale. These are the rows where the next visible "spike" is likely just the ask catching up to transactions that already happened.

What is happening with One Piece sealed prices?

The top of the sealed market cooled — led by its flagship. As of August 1, 2026:

According to Cardlogs market data, pre-errata Romance Dawn boxes trade at $5,622.48 on TCGplayer as of August 1, 2026 — down 11% from the $6,328.85 we printed on July 24, and the only four-figure move in the sealed top five. Everything below it barely moved: the English 1st Anniversary Set held $5,110.64, the white-bottom Romance Dawn box held $1,569.68, and pre-errata cases still list at €22,950 on Cardmarket. One correction of the ceiling, no follow-through underneath — consistent with a market that is cooling, not turning.

Which One Piece boxes have the best EV right now?

Cardlogs Box EV is the expected value of opening one booster box at current singles prices, recomputed nightly per source. Methodology note first: on July 30 we corrected the print-type labels on 21 chase cards and fixed the pull-odds table for the premium reprint boosters (PRB01/PRB02). The July edition's EV figures for those reprint boxes were overstated by those errors — The Best's real EV is about a quarter of what the old model printed. The numbers below are from the corrected model, as of August 1, 2026:

The standout is The Time of Battle (OP16): a $207 box computing $423 of expected value — 205% of cost, and the Cardmarket leg independently agrees at 221%. The set is fully priced on our side (157 of 157 cards on Cardmarket, 155 on TCGplayer), and the expectation is carried by three Manga rares — Sakazuki at $1,300, Borsalino and Kuzan at $1,100 — each confirmed within a few percent on all three venues. The usual caution applies double here: an EV above box price is a lottery with a good average, most boxes return far less than $207, and a number this far above cost usually means the market expects heavy supply — mid-tier OP16 singles are already down 12–30% on the month.

Is grading One Piece cards worth it in August 2026?

Selectively — and the pattern from July holds with new numbers. PSA 10 prices against raw TCGplayer prices, corroborated cards only, as of August 1, 2026:

Manga and SP prints in the $4,000–$6,000 raw band still show the fattest premiums (3.5x–4.7x); the very top serials and promos compress to 1.4x–2.0x, where the raw card is already priced near-perfect. What should One Piece collectors watch in August 2026?

Three things. First, the OP16 EV window: 205% of box price does not persist — either the box repricing upward or the singles ladder coming down will close it, and the direction it closes from tells you whether the set's chase demand is real. Second, the CS 25-26 promo wave is still settling: Portgas.D.Ace (ST15-005) at $5,000 is now Cardmarket-corroborated, but Dracule Mihawk (OP14-119) at $5,000 and Enel (Treasure Cup May 2026) at $4,500 still have no venue within band — treat those asks as provisional. Third, the deceleration itself: every 7-day index read sits under +1.3%. If the eBay sold leg goes negative in August, that would be the first sold-price decline since our series began on May 28.
